Sizing:
We offer XS-XL in all pieces and XXS in select designs. We know that women come in all different heights and sizes so offer custom sizing on select items. Simply select “Custom” when available in Size pull down and enter in your measurements. Due to limited availability in some prints we may not be able to accommodate every custom size requests. In the event that we cannot accommodate the size, you will receive a full refund of that item.
Processing Time:
All of our garments and accessories are made to order. Processing time is 1-2 weeks.
Shipping:
Within the US - 1 to 3 Business Days
International Shipping - 6-10 Business Days to major markets. May take longer if delayed in customs which is out of our control.
All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accent marks on letters. No changes to the shipping address can be made after the items have shipped. We are not responsible if the shipping address was entered incorrectly.
Once the order has shipped you can tack your order though your Order Shipped email.
Returns and Cancellations:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on standard orders
Contact us within 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery
Cancellations can only be processed before the item(s) ship. To cancel, contact us using the button below and include your name, order number and the item(s) you would like to cancel.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
